Job Description
Dutch-Speaking Customer Service Agent
Remote Working
From £12.21 per hour
Monday-Friday 37.5 hours
Harper Recruitment are proud to be working in exclusive partnership with a leading designer brand. We are looking for somebody who is fluent in both Dutch and English and passionate about customer service.
What does the role involve?
Handling customer queries through allocated tickets, emails, letters, telephone and live chat in both Dutch and English
Investigating and resolving customer complaints
Liaising with internal teams, B2B, customers, and couriers
Processing orders, payments, returns, replacements, and refunds
Maintaining knowledge of brands, products, services, and promotions to provide a 1st class customer experience
Performing other customer-based administrative duties
Managing fluctuating workloads
Who are we looking for?
Fluent in Dutch and English - C1 or above
Proven customer service experience from office, call centre, retail, hospitality or similar
Bubbly and passionate communicator
MS Office proficiency (Word, Outlook, Excel) Our preference is for the successful candidate to live within a commutable distance of Nottingham so we can conduct in-person training. However, we will be flexible for the right person.
