Ductwork & Ventilation Project Manager
A family-run ductwork and air conditioning specialising in commercial systems has a key requirement for an experienced Ductwork Project Manager.
You will be taking jobs from the quoting and estimating stage to completion. This is an office and site-based role, with their office located in Surrey and work predominantly between London and Southampton.
The successful Ductwork & Ventilation Project Manager will be:
Project Manager will be managing the project from inception to completion.
Project Manager will be managing the process of design, estimate and quotation of ductwork and air conditioning systems for offices and kitchens.
Project Manager will be managing subcontractors and on-site labour.
Project Manager will be ordering materials as required.
Project Manager will be office and site-based.To qualify for this position as a Ductwork & Ventilation Project Manager you will need:
Project Manager will need a valid management CSCS and an NVQ within ductwork or air conditioning.
Project Manager will need experience in running commercial installation projects.
Project Manager will be experienced in managing the full process, including design, estimation and quotation.
Project Manager will be in commuting distance to Surrey.
