Pro-Found are looking to recruit a 7.5 Tonne Driver for our client based in Killamarsh, S21
7.5 Tonne Driver Benefits:
Pay: £14 per hour
Location: Killamarsh, S21
Hours: 7am to finish (core hours 7am to 4pm) - flexibility required
Monday to Friday and occasional weekends
Some overnight stays - fully expensed by the client
Start date: ASAP
Contract: Temporary ongoing - potential to become permanent7.5 Tonne Driver role:
Required to drive a 7.5 tonne vehicle, delivering and installing outdoor furniture to locations around the UK.
7.5 Tonne Driver Duties:
Driving 7.5 tonne vehicle - vehicle has to be left on site so you will need your own transport to get to and from Killamarsh
Basic installation of furniture, benches, tables, planters and booth seating
Using hand tools
Provide excellent customer service when delivering goods
Handling driver dockets, paperwork & cash
Avoiding damages to stock through proper manual handling
Daily checking of delivery vehicles
Adhere to all health and safety regulations
Must be flexible with hours
Strong work ethic.
Be able to work using own initiative
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Be a team player7.5 Tonne Driver Criteria:
Valid UK driving licence with Category C1 entitlement (7.5T)
Valid CPC
No more than 3 points on driving licence
Previous experience in a similar delivery role is essential
Willingness to work on site as well as drive
Strong customer service skills
