Job Description
Example Recruitment Group is currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established regional plumbing and heating contractor operating within the private sector.
Due to growth, they have several vacancies for domestic plumbers to join their team on a full-time permanent basis covering either North West, West, or South West London areas carrying out general plumbing maintenance, repairs, and wet works within domestic properties.
Duties:
* General Plumbing Maintenance inclusive of:
* Replacing Radiators and TRVs
* Replacing Ball Valves
* Replacing Pipework
* Replacing Cylinders
* Identifying and Fixing Leaks
* Fixing and Replacing Taps
* Ensuring a high level of customer care is met on a day-to-day basis.
* Meeting business KPIs
* Following Health & Safety Guidelines
Candidate Requirements:
* 1 years’ experience as a Plumber
* Previous experience working within domestic properties carrying out fault finding, maintenance, and repairs on plumbing systems
* Diploma, City & Guilds or NVQ qualification in Plumbing
* Full UK Driving Licence – no more than 6 points
* No unspent criminal convictions (DBS Check to be carried out on offer of employment)
Salary & Package:
* Improver/Trainee - £25,000 per annum
* Plumbing Diploma & Under 2 years’ experience - £25,000 per annum plus Bonus
* Plumbing Diploma & 2 years’ experience - £28,000 per annum plus Bonus
* NVQ Level 2- & 6 months experience - £30,000 per annum plus Bonus
* NVQ Level 2 & 2 years’ experience - £35,000 per annum plus Bonus
* NVQ Level 2 & 3 to 4 years’ experience - £38,000 per annum plus Bonus
* NVQ Level 2 & 5 years’ experience - £40,000 per annum plus Bonus
* Expected OTE with bonus & call out - £10,000+ per annum on top of basic annual salary
* Van & Fuelcard Provided
* 45 hours per week Monday to Friday
* Call out once per week paid additionally per job
* 28 days Holiday including Bank Holiday
