Job Description
A leading manufacturer of electro-mechanical products is seeking a Distributor Manager to strengthen relationships and drive sales growth through its network of distributors. This role offers the flexibility of working primarily from home or the office, with limited travel requirements. The role can be based from anywhere in the UK, but there will be occasional requirements to attend HQ in Lincolnshire.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage relationships with key distributors to achieve sales and market growth targets.
* Provide support and training to distributors, ensuring they are equipped to effectively promote the company’s products.
* Monitor distributor performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and driving increased engagement.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure distributors receive excellent service and support.
* Identify and onboard new distribution partners to expand market reach.
Candidate Requirements:
* Experience managing distributor or channel sales, ideally within the electro-mechanical or a related technical sector.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a customer-focused approach.
* Proven ability to drive sales growth through effective distributor management.
* Self-motivated and capable of managing priorities in a home-based role.
