Job Description

Dispute Resolution Specialist Ashford, Kent | £60,000 - £70,000 (DOE) | Permanent   An established and reputable legal practice in Kent is seeking a skilled Dispute Resolution Specialist to join their dynamic team on a permanent basis.   The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 1–2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) with a strong background in property litigation and a passion for delivering exceptional legal services.   Key Responsibilities Handle a diverse range of litigation matters, including commercial and residential landlord-tenant disputes, construction disagreements, insolvency issues, debt recovery, and contested wills. Actively contribute to the growth of the Dispute Resolution department through networking and relationship-building. Participate in team meetings and provide input on departmental initiatives. Ensure adherence to firm policies regarding time recording, accounts, and administrative protocols.  Essential Skills & Qualifications Minimum of 1–2 years PQE in Dispute Resolution or Property Litigation. Proven experience managing a variety of litigation cases. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Membership in relevant professional bodies (e.g., ATAPS) is advantageous. A proactive and confident approach to work with a strong sense of responsibility.  What’s on Offer Competitive salary of £60,000–£70,000, dependent on experience. Role based in Ashford, Kent, with flexibility for 1–2 days of remote work per week (subject to agreement). Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
