Job Title: Dispatch Operative (Temp to Perm)
Location: Halstead, Essex.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Job Type: Temporary to Permanent
We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Dispatch Operative to join our clients team on a temporary-to-permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills and secure a permanent role within a growing company.
Key Responsibilities:
Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch
Ensuring all goods are correctly labeled and packaged
Coordinating with the warehouse team to ensure efficient dispatch processes
Checking stock levels and updating inventory records
Maintaining a clean and organized dispatch area
Adhering to health and safety guidelines
Key Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar dispatch, warehouse, or logistics role is preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Physically fit and able to lift and move items
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks
