Our client, a rapidly growing and highly regarded SME property consultancy based in the Midlands, is looking to appoint a Director to oversee and lead their Property Management function. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Property Management team, overseeing the operational delivery of services across a diverse portfolio of properties
Drive strategic direction, ensuring the delivery of best-in-class property management services and enhancing the company’s reputation
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their needs are consistently met and exceeded
Oversee the management of key accounts, ensuring operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and high-quality service delivery
Play a key role in business development and strategic growth initiatives across the Midlands
Provide leadership and mentorship to the Property Management team, fostering a culture of collaboration, performance, and career progression What We Offer:

Proven track record in Property Management, ideally at a senior level, with experience managing mixed-use or commercial portfolios
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a team
In-depth knowledge of property management processes, regulations, and best practices
Business development experience and a proactive approach to expanding a client base
