Bennett & Game are delighted to represent a well-established, multi-disciplinary Top 150 consultancy based in Bristol, with national coverage through 10 offices, are currently seeking an ambitious Director to join their expanding team. This is a unique opportunity for an individual with a background in Building Surveying, Project Management, or Quantity Surveying who is passionate about driving the Bristol office forward.

With a legacy spanning over 50 years, our client has grown to a team of over 180 professionals, including a dedicated team of 15 in their Bristol office. They work across a diverse range of projects, spanning Residential, Education, Ministry of Justice (MOJ), Commercial, and Public Sector developments.
Director Salary & Benefits

Director Job Overview
Oversee daily operations across various departments, ensuring efficiency and optimal resource allocation.
Play an integral role in expanding and developing the Bristol office (currently a team of 15).
Contribute to the company's operational strategy, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
Develop, maintain, and expand client relationships and frameworks.
Represent the company at networking events to enhance brand visibility and business opportunities.
Ensure the business achieves its targets, mission statements, and strategic objectives.
Lead key client commissions and frameworks, ensuring successful project delivery.
Work closely with other senior management team members to coordinate business development initiatives.
Report directly to Executive Directors on business development, marketing strategies, and planned activities.
Director Job Requirements
Strong background in Project Management, Building Surveying, or Quantity Surveying within a consultancy environment.
Demonstrated ability to lead, manage resources, and drive team performance
A commercially astute individual with the ability to identify new revenue opportunities and maximise existing client relationships.
Strong networking skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
Excellent financial acumen, including a solid understanding of fee management and cost control.
Experienced in recruitment, selection, and team development.
Proven ability to lead teams on complex, large-scale projects across multiple offices and disciplines.
