Digital Marketing Executive Redditch – Hybrid Up to £30,000 Company Profile A fabulous opportunity to join a leading high end furniture wholesaler. As Digital Marketing Executive you will have hands-on role responsible for managing and optimising paid search (PPC) and organic search (SEO) campaigns to maximize online visibility, traffic, and conversions. You will be working with platforms including Google Ads, Meta, and SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Screaming Frog. What’s on offer? * Pension Contribution employer pays 5% increasing to a maximum of 10% at 20 years * Free onsite parking with charging available for electric vehicles * Holidays are 24 increasing up to a maximum of 28 days * Staff discount on purchases * Loyalty bonus is paid at 5, 10 and 20 year intervals * BHSF Level 1 Personal cover (health care cash back scheme) What will you do as Digital Marketing Executive? * Plan, implement, and optimise PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Bing * Conduct keyword research to identify growth opportunities for paid campaigns * Monitor, analyse, and report on PPC campaign performance * Create engaging ad copy, develop A/B tests for ads and landing pages * Create SEO-friendly blog posts, product descriptions, and landing pages * Perform on-page, off- page and technical SEO optimizations to improve organic search rankings, website traffic, and conversions * Provide detailed reports on both PPC and SEO performance, highlighting successes, trends, and areas for improvement What do you need as Digital Marketing Executive? * Experience in a similar digital role, either 'in-house’, or within a marketing agency * A real passion for marketing and true creative flair * Wants to make a difference to the business through digital marketing activity ID:- 8969
