As a Learning & Development Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing effective training programs that enhance employee skills and drive organisational success. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about fostering a culture of learning and development within a forward-thinking organisation.
About the role:
Design, develop, and deliver digital learning solutions, including e-learning modules, videos, virtual instructor-led training (VILT), and microlearning content.
Assess training needs and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.
Collaborate with various departments to identify skill gaps and create targeted learning solutions.
Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance employee performance.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in learning and development
Leverage Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other digital platforms to distribute and track training programs.
Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and key stakeholders to identify learning needs and create customised learning paths.
Utilise data analytics to assess the effectiveness of digital learning programs and continuously improve content based on learner feedback.
Support the integration of social and collaborative learning strategies into digital learning initiatives.
Stay updated with emerging trends in digital learning, instructional design, and corporate L&D.
About You:
Significant experience in learning and development or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse audiences.
Ability to design and implement training programmes that meet organisational objectives
Proficient in using learning management systems and other training tools.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for continuous improvement
Experience working with SME experts
Experience managing and administering Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Excellent project management and organisational skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience using learning analytics to measure program effectiveness.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
