Job Opportunity: Dispatch Operative – £11.94 per Hour
Lightyear Recruitment is currently seeking a dedicated Dispatch Operative to join a dynamic and growing team. This is a full-time position offering stability, great pay, and the opportunity to work with a supportive employer.
Key Details:
* Position: Dispatch Operative
* Pay Rate: £11.94 per hour
* Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Role Responsibilities:
* Accurately picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch.
* Ensuring all outgoing goods meet quality standards and deadlines.
* Maintaining a clean and organized dispatch area.
* Collaborating with the team to ensure efficient workflow.
* Adhering to health and safety guidelines at all times.
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience in a dispatch, warehouse, or logistics role is preferred but not essential.
