Job Description
Role: Freelance Design Manager
Duration: Long term contract
Rate: Outside IR35
My client is a main contractor specialising in multi-million new build industrial and logistics projects. They are currently seeking a freelance Design Manager for schemes across the Midlands, you would be based out of their Leicestershire office, with weekly visits to site.
As Design Manager on this project, your duties and responsibilities will include:
* Attending and contributing to design meetings
* Managing site audits and creating proactive risk assessments
* Ensuring sub-contractor compliance with client specifications
* Ensuring project completion in line with programme
* Value engineering/ resolving technical and design issuesRemuneration
