Zachary Daniels has a fantastic opportunity to join an amazing specialist retailer as their new Deputy Store Manager! We want someone who is energetic, personable, and passionate about delivering a high level of service to clients and customers in Hamburg!
This role will be pivotal in supporting a brand-new store opening, working closely with the Store Manager to recruit new team members, establish best practices, and set the highest of standards.
As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in driving store performance, ensuring excellent customer experiences, and maintaining outstanding visual merchandising. We need a leader who is operationally strong, organised, and dedicated to ensuring the store runs smoothly in the Store Manager's absence.
Key Responsibilities as a Deputy Manager:
Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service and product knowledge
Support the Store Manager in driving sales, performance, and operational excellence
Assist in recruiting, training, and developing a passionate store team
Ensure all visual merchandising and brand standards are consistently met
Take responsibility for coordinating online orders and deliveries
Manage customer feedback and maintain excellent customer relationships
Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies
