Roles and Responsibilities as a Deputy Manager
* Manage Staff
* Ensure quality of care

* Planning Rota's and staff levels
* Keep the home occupancy full

Key details for Deputy Manager Role
* These are full time, permanent positions on days are available with the pay rates as set out below:
* Deputy Manager Salary - £32,000 - £36,000 (Depending on experience)
* Shifts are 8 hours (long days 8 AM – 5 PM) and contracts are for 40 hours per week.
