Deputy Manager - Cwmbran - £43,000 per annum
Contracted hours per week: 40 hours
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Deputy Manager to join a well-established and respected Nursing Home.
Situated in a fantastic area, the home accomodates 30 residents comfortably promoting good health and an enjoyable experience.
CQC outstanding!
Deputy Manager main duties:
* Responsible for assisting the manager with the smooth running of the home
* To use strong leadership and organisational skills to ensure high standards of care and business efficiency
* Managing Staff
* Creating Care Plans and Rota’s
Deputy Manager essential requirements:
* Deputy Manager experience in a Residential or Nursing Home
* NVQ 5 in Health hand Social Care or equivalent
