Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of young people? We’re looking for a dedicated and experienced Deputy Manager to join a well-established Children’s Residential Home in Widnes.
As Deputy Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Registered Manager with the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care, safety, and support are delivered at all times.
What we’re looking for:
? Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Children & Young People or a related field (essential)
? NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management (desirable)
? Previous experience in a residential childcare setting (desirable)
? Strong leadership skills and a child-centred approach
