We're looking for an experienced Deputy Home Manager with an active NMC PIN to support the daily operations of a well-established care home in [insert area]. What You'll Be Doing:

A qualified Registered General Nurse (RGN) with an active NMC PIN - essential.
Previous experience in a senior nursing or deputy management role in a care home or clinical setting.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
In-depth understanding of CQC standards and safeguarding procedures.
A genuine passion for delivering exceptional care to older people.
