JOB DESCRIPTION:
My client is currently looking for an experience, fast paced and hardworking Deputy Cleaning Manager based on a large commercial building in South Manchester. This role is to manage staff effectively and ensure efficient working practices and standards are in place
HOURS
Monday to Friday
Week 1 - 7am - 3:30pm
Week 2 - 10:30am - 7pm
You will be expected to work 4 hours every other weekend.
Daily responsibilities will include:
Managing a team of 8 supervisors
Building a good relationship with the client
Looking after the day-to-day operation of the site
Training, back to work forms, monitoring sickness, audits Requirements for the role
Previous management experience
Cleaning and catering experience
Previous experience with computer systems and Microsoft
