Delivery Consultant
Up to £26,000 Basic Salary + Commission, Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Incentives.
East Grinstead based - Hybrid working

We currently operate in several industries including Construction & Telecoms, Defence & Aerospace, Engineering, Renewables which are our key markets at present.
Main Duties:
Responsible for Vacancy Management
Job advertising & candidate attraction - search & selection using company CRM, online Job boards and various social media platforms
Making high volume calls on a daily basis to suit requirements
Conduct telephone screening for all applicants responding to adverts
Looking for:
Resourcing experience (Desirable)
Driven and motivated individual
Must have excellent customer service skills, organizational skills
Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
