A busy, community-based grocery store is seeking a dynamic and passionate Deli Manager to join their team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a flair for delivering fresh, high-quality food while leading a motivated team, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage deli operations to ensure efficiency and quality
• Drive sales, margin, and promotional displays
• Prepare appealing deli displays and maintain food quality standards
• Innovate with fresh food ideas and recipes
• Train and support deli team members
• Handle customer queries professionally and efficiently
• Monitor waste, stock control, and HACCP compliance
What You Bring:
• Min of 1-2 year’s experience as a Supervisor/Manager in fresh food or deli environment
• Strong understanding of KPIs, sales targets, and margins
• Fully trained in HACCP and food safety regulations
• Skilled in ordering, stock control, and waste management
• Excellent communication, leadership, and Microsoft Office skills
• Passion for quality food and fresh innovation
