What You’ll Be Doing:
Keeping production moving – attend and resolve breakdowns quickly
Planned preventative maintenance – reduce downtime & increase efficiency
Continuous improvement – suggest & implement better ways of working
Recording all work accurately – track failures, fixes & parts used
What You’ll Need:
Time-served apprenticeship or equivalent qualification
Strong electrical fault-finding & analysis skills
Previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
Methodical mindset with great attention to detail
A flexible approach – shift work & occasional overtime
