WeDoData are working with an independent girls school in South London who are committed to providing unmatched learning opportunities for its pupils in a supportive environment.
The school is situated in spacious green grounds and has state of the art facilities including a music centre, theatre and pool.
The school prides itself on being inclusive, no matter pupils financial background, which is why 17% of pupils receive bursaries - 10% higher than the national average.
To maintain this, the school runs its own charity and receives support in a number of ways, and they are now looking to take on a Database & Gifts Officer, on a part time basis, to help with this.
The Role
Working in the small, close knit Development and Alumnae Relations department team, you will be responsible for the maintenance and management of the schools alumni database. This will involve the integration of data from multiple sources throughout the school, day to day running of the database, management of donations and gifts, reporting and more.
* Management of schools alumni database
* Liaising with schools finance team
* Creation of timeline for data transfers
* Generation of mailing lists
* Building and growing of the alumni database
Requirements
You will need an excellent understanding of charity/fundraising CRM such as Raisers Edge and experience working in the charity & fundraising sector. Experience of database management is essential including import/export, extracting, interrogating and reporting.
You will also need a good understanding of finance and the processing of donations.
In return
This role is being offered on a part time basis, 21 hours per week, with a full time equivalent salary of £33,000 - £35,000 (pro rata £22,678 - £24,052).
The hours can be worked how you wish, and there can be some flexibility with hybrid working, however you will need to be able to work on site in South London.
