Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Data Administrator to join our clients team based in Kettering. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining data integrity across various platforms, ensuring accurate data entry and efficient administrative support. This role requires strong organisational skills, excellent communication skills and telephone manor.
Duties
* Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date records in databases.
* Utilise Google Suite and QuickBooks for data management and reporting.
* Provide clerical support including filing, scanning, and document preparation.
* Handle phone communications with professionalism and courtesy.
* Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company policies.
* Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve data management practices.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in an administrative or data entry role is preferred.
* Strong computer skills.
* Excellent organisational abilities with a keen eye for detail.
* Effective phone etiquette and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Familiarity with clerical tasks and office procedures is advantageous.
Working hours:
Monday - Thursday 8am-5pm
