Data Analyst / Environment and Agriculture / Oxfordshire / Permanent / £TBC
We are looking for a Data Analyst to join a team focused on data-driven solutions in agriculture and environmental sector. The role involves working with large environmental datasets, to create products and tools that improve performance and decision-making from preparing data ready for consumption.
Key Responsibilities
Work with product and data teams as well as stakeholders to understand needs and provide useful data insights.
Combine and enhance data sets to create valuable data products.
Automate and streamline data pipelines to improve processes.
Develop data products and improve existing ones.
Build dashboards and tools to track product performance.
Essential Skills
Strong understanding of different data types and environments.
Knowledge of geospatial data, georeferencing, and cartography.
Advanced SQL skills for working with large datasets.
Experience with Python and AWS tools like Glue and Redshift.
Familiarity with data lakes is a plus.
Knowledge of Lambda is an advantage.
