Michelle Denny Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a market-leading insurer in their search for a detailed-oriented, analytical Data Administrator and Account Support to join their dynamic team. Based in their Diss office just a stones’ throw away from Diss railway station, this position is offering a salary circa £26k available on a hybrid basis. So, if you are an organised professional, good with numbers and have a passion for supporting teams and keeping processes running smoothly, then please read on.   As a Data Administrator and Account Support you will play a vital role in ensuring operational efficiency and accuracy and support to the accounts team.   Key Responsibilities: Perform accurate and efficient data entry to maintain up-to-date records. Manage and organise digital files, ensuring information is easily accessible. Provide general administrative support, including handling post/emails, scheduling meetings, and preparing documents. Assist in maintaining and updating databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems. Collaborate with various departments to provide administrative and data-related support as needed. Support the wider team with ad-hoc administrative tasks and projects. To succeed in this role, you should have: Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite specifically Excel with the ability to learn the Business' bespoke data management system. Excellent organisational and time-management skills. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Previous experience in a similar role (preferred but not essential).
