Rate: £90 - £100 Per day
Insight Education is seeking a dedicated and compassionate teaching assistant who is willing to support Primary Schools in Southwark and surrounding areas. This role offers the flexibility to work in different schools, delivering high-quality teaching and ensuring continuity of learning in the absence of regular class teachers.
Requirements
* An Enhanced up to date DBS
* Experience working in an educational setting
* Ability to establish rapport and build positive relationships with students, demonstrating patience, empathy, and understanding.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations.
