As the D365 Specialist, you'll IMPROVE and manage the D365 system, implementing automated workflows configuring backend systems, and creating streamlined customer journeys.
The Role:
Support the CRM Manager in tracking the sales pipeline, client experiences, and service quality levels.
Configure and develop backend D365 systems, including tables, fields, and automated workflows.
Design marketing campaigns and enhance customer journeys, improving retention and conversion.
Deliver training, user support, and troubleshooting for D365.
Contribute to digital marketing projects and broader integration initiatives.The Candidate:
3+ years of CRM experience with hands-on expertise in Dynamics365 configuration and optimisation.
Proficient in creating automated workflows and integrating CRM with other tools.
Strong data analysis skills (PowerBI knowledge is a plus).
Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
