Job Description
Swift Specialist Recruitment Ltd are seeking a Customs Clerk (perm contract) based in Coventry, for a trusted client within their growing global logistics company.
This is a good oportunity to embed yourselves into a well established business for long term employment.
Duties:
Import and Export clearance
Conforming to HM Revenue & Customs regulations
HM Revenue & Customs duty liabilities are fulfilled
Liaising with, customers, suppliers, necessary agents, and customs authorities
Raising necessary paperwork concerning all movements of DG
Requirements:
At least 1 years’ experience in similar role
Understanding of UK & EU imports customs requirements
CDS, CNS, Destin8, Sequoia
Proven ability to deal with customs procedure codes and specialist customs procedures, including CFSP and Transit
Experience in road transport, logistics or haulageBefore You Apply
