Job Description
The role is working for our client who are an Insurance company based in Central Reading They are part of a larger group and have some great career opportunities
They are looking for someone to join their inbound call centre. You will take part in an 8 week training programme during which you will need to be in the office every day and then after that they are offering hybrid working (3 days in the office 2 days can be remote) . The focus for them is to put the customer at the heart of everything. There is no selling in this role. Focus on great client interaction and good listening skills are key. The hours are Mon - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm
They are a great organisation to work for and offer real progression. They use the customer support centre as a way to look for talent and they regularly have employees within the role who are promoted throughout the business. Experience of working within a similar customer focussed role is imprtant but this can be face to face or over the telephone - if you have any experience of working within a regulated enviornment like financial services this would also be beneficial
