Job Description

Customer Support Agent - Financial Services - Remote role Pertemps is currently recruiting for Customer Support Agents with experience working within a financial services background. Salary: £26,000 Contract - REMOTE Contract: Temp - Perm after 12 weeks Hours: Mon - Fri 8am-5pm ( 1 8am-6pm shift a month) Duties: - Process inbound calls from customers and deal with these calls correctly and accurately with a high level of professionalism. - Process outbound calls to customers, contacting them for due and overdue accounts to assist with payment and arrangements within the affordable guideline - Record all customer contact notes accurately on the system - Achieve affordable payment plans for customers to assist them and repatriate where possible - Accountable for reducing default and delinquency for all assigned account - Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with customers - Ensure all customer outcomes are within regulation and to the benefit of both the customer and the business. - Meet defined department Quality Assurance metrics (KPIs, SLA) Requirements: - The candidate must have experience in the financial service industry or collections/recoveries - Experience of working within the FCA guidelines - Knowledge and experience in dealing with vulnerable customers - Attention to detail and accuracy - Focus on quality customer service If you would be interested, please apply with your updated CV
