Customer Success Manager – Construction SaaS
£48,000 Basic / Bonus
Remote (UK)
TechBuildr has partnered with an multi-billion pound turnover, international software business that provides SaaS solutions for the construction sector. The business has opened in the UK in 2024 and is growing rapidly.
As such, they’re looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to help foster customer loyalty and drive customer engagement. They key responsibilities of the role are:
To implement service works including training, project guidance, hotline on duty and software update to clients.
To work with sales team in driving/managing renewals and sales demo assistance.
To do product requirement collection and contribute suggestions to product new feature development.
To follow up company's service policy to implement service work and maintain customer relationship.
To manage existing clients' software usage situation and relationship maintenance.
The ideal candidate for this Customer Success Manager role should be / have:
* 3+ years’ experience in a Customer Success Manager role in SaaS.
* Knowledge of the construction industry (highly desired).
* Familiar with construction project management software (high desired).
* Educated to degree level or equivalent.
* Highly driven, self-motivated and have a “can-do” attitudeBefore You Apply
