Job Description
Lead Generator & Customer Service Advisor
We are looking for a motivated Lead Generator & Customer Service Advisor to become an integral part of our clients Sales Team. In this dynamic role, you will deliver first-class customer service while generating leads to support our existing sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
* Conducting transport checks
* Keeping customers informed about deliveries
* Inputting customer purchase orders into the system
* Generating new tenders
* Sending out introduction letters, flyers, and merchandise
* Preparing management information reports
* Identifying potential new clients through research.
* Arranging and attending supplier and customer meetings with sales representatives to build relationships.
What We’re Looking For:
* A positive, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
* Outbound call experience in a call centre or similar sales/customer service environment is a plus but not essential
* A valid UK Driving Licence
* Graduates and sports enthusiasts are welcome!
