This is a really interesting Customer Service role, whereby no two calls or days will be the same and requires someone who has the ability to tackle various enquiries in a challenging role at times. Location: Hybrid /Portsmouth – after probation you will have the opportunity to work 3 days from home and two days in the offices per week Salary: £25,000 Rising to £29,500 *Plus, fantastic benefits MUST BE ABLE TO START ON 13th JAN Hours of work: You will work 40 hours per week on a shift rota between 7.45AM and 8.45PM, Monday to Sunday Dynamite recruitment is proud to be working with a UK based service provider who are looking to recruit Customer Service Advisors/Call Handlers to join a specialist team. As a Call Handler/Customer Service Advisor your tasks will include the following: Assist a specialist team with managing client enquiries, via email and on the telephone. Providing updates to customers. Prioritising workload in terms of deadlines and importance Liaising with third parties both internally and externally to manage expectations. To complete high volumes of highly important administration to support with each client need. To manage vulnerable, panicked and challenging people and circumstances with professionalism To ensure that you meet with compliance. The ideal Customer Service Executive/Call Handler will have/be Call handing, call centre, customer support experience previously. Will ideally have coordinated and supporting a customer from start to finish. Will have good communication skills and experience. Will have the ability to multitask when under pressure. Will be able to prioritise. Will have good administration skills and experience. Be fully competent in using Microsoft Office To be considered please submit your CV asap
