Job Description

We Are BX2 Ltd are looking for experienced customer service candidates to work for out client based in Accrington. Duties: Main Duties * Strives to achieve performance standards for timeliness and accuracy of orders and invoicing. * Processes all incoming sales orders from customers and sales representatives accurately and efficiently. * Reviews back-order data to determine customer service outputs. * Follows the returns process through to refund or exchange. * Daily contact with customers, resolving issues and handling escalated queries. * Supports the delivery process and liaising between logistics, sales and warehouse departments. * Maintains strong customer relationships through regular follow-up calls. * Liaises with couriers and is committed to excellence in all client relationships. * Sales order book management (enabling accurate visibility of order book/due dates). Essential requirements: * To have proven experience in a Customer Service role, * To be able to prioritise your own workload and work under your own initiative. * To be adaptable to change and willing to embrace new ideas and processes. * To be able to work in a fast-paced varied environment and be able to work under pressure. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Salary: * £13.84 (£27,000) Hours: * Monday – Thursday 8.45 – 17.00 and Friday 08.45 – 15.45 (half an hour unpaid lunch on each day)
