Are you a Customer Service Representative, with a strong administrative and inside sales background, looking for a varied and rewarding role? Our Manufacturing and Engineering client is looking for a Customer Service Representative to provide first class administration and customer service to internal and external customers and ensure sales orders and quotation are delivered accurately and on time. Experience of ERP/SAP is required.   Customer Service Representative 12-month contract Up to £27,000 per annum / £13.84 per hour Monday to Thursday, 8.30am – 5pm and Friday 8.30am – 2.30pm Tamworth   Customer Service Representative / Inside Sales Job Description Manage the customer experience, including responding to email and phone enquiries. Provide support to key business functions, such as: Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics and Senior Leadership team. Ensure that service agreements are up-to-date and followed. Allowing the company and their customers meet internal and external standards. Prepare customer quotations.  Customer Service Representative / Inside Sales Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications Experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred, but not essential) Strong experience working within a manufacturing environment. Ability to pro-actively plan and prioritise tasks. A strong understanding of Excel
