What will you be doing as a Customer Account Manager?
Acting as the key point of contact for clients, providing updates on orders, deliveries, and deadlines
Delivering exceptional customer service, handling queries, and resolving issues efficiently
Producing quotations for key accounts and ensuring order details are accurate
Liaising with warehouse and supply chain teams to ensure smooth order processing
Keeping in regular contact with key clients, sending product samples, and introducing new products
Using a critical path to track orders and ensure clients are always informed
Attending industry expos and client meetings to strengthen business relationships
Sticking to service level agreements to maintain high standards of customer satisfaction
We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:
Strong background in customer service, account management, or client relations
A customer-first mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Confidence in using Excel and Microsoft Office
A proactive and adaptable approach, able to build lasting client relationships
Experience in retail account management (desirable but not essential)
What will you get in return for your work as a Customer Account Manager?
Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm working hours (no weekends!)
Hybrid working pattern (up to 2 days WFH)
Salary: £25,000
