The Job
Taking and processing orders via phone, email, and online - accuracy is key!
Upselling products and sharing new launches, promotions, and sampling opportunities.
Resolving customer queries like a pro and keeping them happy.
Supporting regional account managers and helping onboard new customers.
Keeping records up-to-date and preparing reports when needed.
Promoting smart delivery options to boost sustainability and efficiency. The Skills
Someone with 3+ years in sales or customer service (FMCG experience is a bonus!).
A multitasker who’s organised and tech-savvy (Excel, Outlook, Teams - no problem!).
A confident communicator with a knack for building rapport and smashing goals.
