Jewson Partnership Solutions (JPS) specialise in providing supply solutions and building materials for our customers in the Public Sector such as Housing Associations and Local Authorities.
We're on the hunt for a Customer Service Advisor to join the team in our branch in Harlow, who's as passionate about great service as we are!

Working Hours: 42.5 per week - 7.30 - 5.00 Monday to Friday (no weekends!)

Key Responsibilities
The main focus of this role is managing customer service and admin for this busy branch. You'll be a point of contact for customers and be vital to the organisation and running of the branch by covering important admin duties.
Get to know our product lines and services in order to make the most of all customer interactions in line with our JPS values
Use our in-house systems and Microsoft packages to manage branch administration: process customer orders, organise delivery times, manage stock control and delivery invoices and keep customers updated throughout their journey with us
Serve customers at the trade counter, offering proactive help and advice
Pick and prepare customer orders in our warehouse, load and unload customer and delivery vehicles
Keep the branch and yard/warehouse looking clean and tidy, to make a great first impression on our customers
Maintain stock levels, carrying out regular stock counts and rotations
Work with colleagues to suggest opportunities for improvement
Required Skills and Experience
IT literate - experience with Microsoft packages
Previous industry experience preferred but not essential
Experience in a customer facing environment
Passion for working with people with a positive can-do attitude
A driving license would be beneficial for this role
