Our client, a well-established company, based in Wombourne, has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor/ Lead Generator to join their Sales Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring first-class customer service and generating leads for the existing sales team.

Hours: 8am – 5:30pm

Key Responsibilities:
Transport checks
Informing customers of deliveries
Inputting customer purchase orders
Generating new tenders
Introduction Letters (sending out introduction flyers and merchandise)
Reporting (collating management information)
Black Books (finding new companies)
Arranging supplier and customer meetings for sales representatives (where you will also attend to build a relationship)
The Successful Candidate:
A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
To be well organised with excellent attention to detail.
Previous outbound call experience in either a Call Centre or similar sales/ customer service experience would be helpful but not essential.
Hold a UK Driving Licence
