Provide exceptional Technical and Customer Service Support to ensure accurate order delivery and quality standards.
Actively contribute to business growth and support the Administration Manager in achieving operational and quality targets.
Deliver technical assistance to GP lens customers, ensuring precise order entry aligned with customer needs.
Manage customer feedback and complaints effectively to enhance service quality and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications/Training:
Essential: Customer / Technical support experience.
Preferred: Knowledge of relevant regulatory aspects.
