EXPERIENCED CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR / ACCOUNT COORDINATOR REQUIRED TO HANDLE CLIENT’S REQUIREMENTS AND DELIVER A FIRST-CLASS SERVICE
ROLE: Customer Service Advisor / Customer Account Coordinator
SALARY: £26-33K Depending on Experience and Sector, 24 days hol plus B/H & Workplace Pension
LOCATION: Cwmbran area
PREVIOUS ROLES MAY HAVE BEEN: Customer Service Advisor, Internal Account Manager, Internal Account Coordinator, Client Care Officer, Service Delivery Supervisor, Customer Service Supervisor, Office Supervisor, Customer Service Coordinator, Administrator
YOU WILL HAVE WORKED IN A COMPANY OFFERING SERVICES (rather than products) which may have been in: Plant Hire, Workwear, Laundry Services, Washrooms, Engineering Services, Hygiene Services, Courier Services, Clinical Waste, Transport & Distribution, Waste Management, Recycling, Facilities Management, Pest Control, Buildings Maintenance, Skip Hire or similar
CORE DUTIES: Customer Service Advisor / Customer Account Coordinator
Booking in service provisions and passing to transport
Handling enquiries and complaints in a fast-paced environment in and efficient way
Processing new customers
Administrating the CRM
EXPERIENCE: Customer Service Advisor / Customer Account Coordinator
You will have worked in a similar role where you are delivering a service, such as Waste Management, Plant Hire, Washroom services which has a logistical element.
You will communicate clearly via the telephone and have a good standard of written English
You will be conversant with MS Office and be quick to familiarize yourself with new software systems
You will have worked in a role involving customer service and logistics in a service lead operation
