We’re on the lookout for a Customer Service Administrator to join a well-established business in Pickering starting on a temporary basis with a genuine view to go permanent for the right person.
If you enjoy a mix of admin tasks, customer interaction, and keeping things organised, this could be the perfect role for you!
Some of the Customer Service Administrator duties will be:
Answering phone calls, assisting customers with enquiries
Welcoming customers in the showroom
Processing sales orders and inputting purchase invoices
Arranging couriers for customer deliveries
Ensuring orders are in the right place for customers to collect
Handling other general admin tasks to keep things running smoothlyWe’re looking for someone reliable, friendly, and happy to get stuck into a variety of tasks. It’s not a high-pressure environment, so this role would suit someone who enjoys a steady pace and takes pride in keeping things organised.
Full training will be provided, so no specific experience is needed—just a great attitude and a willingness to help out.
This will be working 3 days per week Monday to Wednesday 8am-5pm with a 30-minute lunch break, and every third Saturday working 8:30am-1pm, earning a hourly rate of £12 per hour.
