The Customer Service Administrator will:
Managing deal pipelines and assist with funding applications.
Providing administrative support to ensure smooth deal progression and high service levels for clients and brokers.
Liaising with external parties to facilitate efficient progress of funding applications.
Maintaining accurate data and pipeline visibility within internal systems.
Assisting in managing key broker relationships and follow up on business enquiries.
