Job Description: Customer Retention Specialist – Social Care Training Company  Position: Customer Retention Specialist  Location: Remote (with travel required for team collaboration in the UK and Northwest)  Salary: £27,000 per annum + incentives  Team: Professional, dynamic and ambitious team    About Our Client  Our client is a forward-thinking specialist training company committed to delivering high-quality training solutions that support the development of social care professionals. They are looking for a driven and ambitious Customer Retention Specialist to join their knowledgeable professional trusted team. This is an excellent opportunity to work remotely while also contributing to team collaboration and client retention across the UK and Northwest.    Key Responsibilities  Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with existing clients to ensure continued satisfaction and retention of services.  Communication: Engage with clients regularly through calls, emails, and video conferences to assess their needs and ensure they are receiving the best training solutions.  Retention Strategy: Develop and implement effective strategies aimed at improving client retention, minimizing churn, and identifying opportunities for upselling or additional services.  Account Management: Oversee and manage key client accounts, ensuring they are getting the full value from the training services provided.  Team Collaboration: Work closely with other teams, including sales and training, to ensure a seamless client experience.
