We are looking to recruit a temporary Customer Liaison Officer! We are working with a dynamic housing association providing homes for over 60,000 people, dedicated to delivering exceptional service and value to our community. Position: Customer Liaison Officer Location: Houghton-le-Spring Contract Type: Temporary Working Pattern: Full Time Driving Required: Yes Your Role: As our Customer Liaison Officer, you will be the essential link between our valued customers and our dedicated contractors. Your mission? To ensure that every customer interaction is a positive experience! Key Responsibilities: Build personalised relationships with customers throughout Planned Investment schemes. Ensure customers receive an outstanding service that meets and exceeds their expectations. Collaborate with contractors to maintain ongoing communication and resolve any issues swiftly. Gather and evaluate customer feedback to drive service improvements. Attend and contribute to consultation events and operational meetings. What We're Looking For: Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to influence and advocate for customers. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (2007 & 2010) and experience with housing Asset Management Systems. Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent organisational skills. A commitment to delivering exceptional customer care. Qualifications: Full UK Driving Licence Experience working with contractors and managing customer relationships. Why Join Us?
