Cactus Search are delighted to be working with this new client that is going from “startup” to “scaleup” in 2025 and is looking for energetic, enthusiastic Cx Specialist to join its growing Customer Experience function.
Customer Experience is the heart and soul of the organisation, and you will be the friendly face and expert in guiding its customers in delivering outstanding service.
The ideal candidate for this role will love helping people and have a natural ability to build rapport and relationships with customers.
You will be a natural communicator, whether it’s on the phone, via email, or through chat.
The Customer Experience Specialist will have strong attention to detail and take pride in delivering and exceeding customer expectations.
You will be quick learner, enjoy solving problems and working in a collaborative team environment.
