What you'll do:
Provide world-class customer service through inbound calls
Achieve sales targets while creating memorable customer experiences
Expand your skills by working across different channels (Twitter, Webchat)
Interact with customers face-to-face in the UK and French terminal buildings in peak periods

Ability to make memorable moments for our customers
A passion for customer service and sales
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A positive, can-do attitude
Strong computer and data entry skills
Ability to work efficiently and follow procedures
Proven sales experience
Strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to make customers feel welcome, understood and valued
Guiding customers with good body language and vocal tones to the correct places
Providing specialist support and advice to customers during their journey
What we offer:
Competitive salary starting at £26,273.34 (£13.47 per hour) with enhanced weekend rates working towards 2 other pay levels.
