Customer Documentation Assistant – Food Industry
Location: Aylesford | Salary: £35,000 equivalent | 6-Month Temporary Role | Hybrid | Immediate Start
Are you experienced in customer documentation and have a background in the food industry? We’re looking for an immediate starter to join a leading food business in Aylesford on a 6-month temporary basis.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing customer documentation, including Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), customer statements, and site-based certificates
Handling customer inquiries and providing support for technical requests
Monitoring the customer inbox and tracking customer questionnaires
Assisting with data accuracy and label information
Supporting the R&D team with project-based tasksWhat We’re Looking For:
Experience in the food industry is essential
Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentWhat’s in it for you?
