Social Value Portal is looking for a Customer Delivery Executive to support our clients in maximising their social impact through our innovative Real Estate Social Value Index (RESVI). The Role
As a Customer Delivery Executive, you will work closely with our Real Estate clients, ensuring seamless onboarding, data accuracy, and engagement with the Real Estate Social Value Index (RESVI). This role is ideal for someone who thrives in customer-facing positions, enjoys problem-solving, and is passionate about helping businesses deliver meaningful social impact.
Your Responsibilities
Customer Onboarding & Support: Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand how to set up projects and input data accurately.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients and partners, ensuring they achieve their social value goals.
Data & Reporting: Prepare and analyse datasets, check for accuracy, and generate reports using Excel and Power BI.
Customer Training: Host virtual training sessions and drop-in calls to answer client queries and enhance product adoption.
Collaboration & Insights: Work with marketing, sales, and product teams to improve services and create case studies based on customer success stories.
What You Need to Succeed
Experience in a customer-facing or customer success role, ideally in a SaaS or B2B environment.
Strong understanding of customer success principles and a client-centric approach.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and create reports.
Experience with CRM tools (ideally Salesforce) and Microsoft Excel.
Organised, process-driven, and proactive in problem-solving.
